This is a pic of my big boy, aka Moki.  He is a black smoke, .  Bred and born in Gisborne NZ.  He is nearly four yrs old and has fathered a few kittens.  Lived a sheltered life in Gisborne and has been with me for just over a year.  His travel experiences from Gisborne to Auckland and now to Cairns, Australia has really improved his shyness to people.  (What Shyness?????) Its good to see he is a happy boy and especially since I  bought two of his favourite girlies.:D

Glad to see that there is a Maine Coon awareness in FNQ.  I was beginning to wonder when I mentioned the breed to a few people.  Some had heard of them and never seen one and other people had never heard of the breed. (unlucky for some).  I was also wondering if Id ever see my moggies manes grow, due to the hotter climate, alas they have and look more than handsome. 

 I have a thousand questions to ask.  Im not too sure where to start.  Looking forward to slowly extracting some brain cells from you.
